A 9ct yellow gold necklace commissioned that incorporated peridot gemstones to give Judi’s existing pendant a little more interest.
Her peridot with a little diamond pendant was on a fine chain and she felt it was rather lost on her so she wanted a full necklace made with the pendant to be the central drop. The idea not only to have the gold more noticeable and also to add more peridot gemstones to enhance the oval peridot pendant, Judi rather fancying square gemstones. Opting for Princess cut gemstone peridots rather than square peridot beads, this was a special treat to herself after all. I kept in keeping with the square cut gemstones by using square section wire for the gold links. Having the links connected by little rings softened the look so it marries well with the central oval peridot. Now that’s a peridot and gold necklace!
